Return & Shipping policy

Standard shipping is EUR 6.50 for orders under EUR 50 and free for orders over EUR 50 to all destinations within the Netherlands. Package arrives within 2-4 business days. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping at an additional cost and delivery time at this time.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 14 days from when you made your order to have your items sent back to us.
Here's how: Items must be in original packaging and not used or damaged.
1. Email: stating your order number and 'Return' in the subject line. In the email we ask you to list the products you would like to return. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. Please let us know if the item was a gift.
2. We will send you an email containing your Return ID. Please note, returns without a Return ID will not be accepted.
3. Once your Return ID is received, fill in the number on the purchase order paperwork that came with your original package.
4. Return the items back to us at the address on your package. We recommend to use track&trace for your returns as we do not take charge for lost and damaged packages during the return. 

Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 14 days will not be accepted. 
Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:
  • Sale items;
  • Any products not in original packaging, used or damaged.
If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please complete the process outlined above. We will process your refund and you can complete a new order online for the replacement products.
We will refund the items returned at the price they were purchased, should the returned items fit with all the requirements above. Once your return is received it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.
Gift Return
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, the original card holder will be refunded. If you would like to receive credit for this return, please indicate this on the original returns email. You will receive a onetime credit for the amount of purchase. Credit is valid for 60 days.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance using the with 'Damage' and your order number in the subject line.
